      image I have been with Promax for a very long time. I rarely need to call but when I do they are always Swift in answering questions. They even review the policies to make sure we are getting the coverage and discounts we should be from our insurance carrier. Lori at Promax did this for us and found thousands of dollars that had been over paid because of a glitch from the insurance. She fought hard on our behalf and I didn't even know it until she called with the good news. If I ever considered leaving I definitely won't ever again because they have my back. Thank you Lori. You're a saint!
