Getting service on the Rosen Navigation System that was installed in my 2012 Honda Civic was impossible. I paid $1800 to have placed into that new car, replacing a really nice Honda factory stereo system, and never received a manual. I did get a home visit from the guy who distributes it once to set up the basics for me, or male or female voice, after I hounded the Honda dealer. It would be nice if Rosen made getting updates to these maps available. I tried asking for one on a thumb drive but was told to go to the website. There you are sent to a third party site after agreeing to a disclaimer. They ask you to register before you can get information. Fine. But you have to know the EXACT NAME AND MODEL of your product. Without a manual how do you know? If you don't know, they tell you to go back and REGISTER. Seriously. I'll never get an update and Arizona will continue to grow and change around me. I intend to drive this car until it dies. I've driven the car exactly 3 years and have only 25,000 miles on it. I EXPECT this NAVI to stick with me in my old age. I will persue my efforts for an update by harrassing the dealership now.
