Management looks towards intimidating their workers and pushing them into corners. They offer low pay, yet they think are doing you the favor, and constantly belittle the people around them. They also take advantage of newly hired people and recent graduates who don't know nay better.

I am in complete shock at how Dustin, the "Sales Manger" handled our transaction, and after reading the reviews feel like we saved ourselves from an even worse experience. My mom Sue contacted MCA Tile yesterday and was working with Anna. Anna was very nice and helpful. She directed us to Dustin, who I reached out to this morning to confirm availability on the tile we wanted. After being told the time frame for the 2 piece tile we wanted, he advised that they have the S tiles available, not the one we really were looking for. We went back to their showroom and selected another style in the S tile, and he said thats on back order. I explained it was S tile, and not the double and he said, we have that in order. He then provided us with a Distributors contact information, to which we advised we would give this to our contractor. My mom asked out of pure curiosity if they worked with the distributor our contractor works with, to which this was Dustin's response: Hi Susan, Information like this would have been helpful to save everybody a lot of time. JB literally jumped on this quote right away is working on the quote now. Ill let them know not to waste their time. Hopefully Beacon orders the tile before it gets sold to someone else. I highly advise having Beacon send the order ASAP before someone else orders it. Dustin contacted his distributor, and cancelled the order. When our contractor called Dustin's distributor (within 10 minutes of our email). Dustin's distributor told our contractor the order was cancelled, and that they were closed till Monday, and for him to call his own Distributor to see what their luck was at getting the tile. If that is the beginning of an order with you Dustin IM GLAD WE NEVER MADE IT TO THE END.

Roofing company here highly advises not to do business with MCA Tile... Fact that the pallets they built to haul the fragile clay tiles was cheap, poorly constructed. Do not purchase this companys tile. They will not stand behind the pallets they built as if they was using toothpicks. Every pallet should have been refused. The material was stored outside but should have no effect on maintaining its integrity if in fact built to haul such heavy material. Ill never get the reasoning behind MCA method of how to ship fragile products. Other than that they have no pride or care to prevent breakage when being hauled across several states. Sale order number 0069673 Please update your response as us not being a customer. Sure acting as if were not a customer way we are forced to be out of pocket expense for all broken tiles shipped with how the pallets was built as if you was using toothpicks.. smh... thanks for not standing behind your pallets you built to haul such fragile tiles.. last time we will ever order from this company... hope whoever reads this will think twice about the risk of trusting MCA for palletizing tiles as they done with us.
