As we all know not every transaction goes as planned. I had a problem with an order and once brought to the attention of CPS it was like I was their only customer. There was a fast and friendly resolution which pleased and impressed me. Customer service was number one. I will be a patron of CPS for as long as I am building aircraft. Thank you CPS. Gyrojake

Terrible service. I had an issue with Rotax floats that were under warranty. I called and talked to Brian to find out what I needed to provide to get the floats replaced. I was told I had to pay for the floats and after I send the old ones in along with the required paperwork, I would get refunded which would take two to three months. Three months pass and I call to find out the status. I was told that they never received my package and they even looked in the warehouse but still couldnt find the package. They magically found the floats after I provided the tracking number and the name of the person that signed for it. I was told that they were going to expedite the claim with Rotax since they messed up. It has now been another three months and still no refund. Ive called and talk to the customer service manager and it was no help. I would expect since they messed up, they would go ahead and refund the money. Nope, the customers get to pay for their mistakes. They keep telling me they will check on it and call me back and never call back. Ill be shopping other vendors for future orders.
