I needed a cabinet repaired from a leak I had in my home, which should have been a simple task for any novice carpenter, but not for Doug. The only thing he proved to be a professional in is his lack of professionalism, lying, and poor workmanship.He did not complete the job, the hinges came off within a couple of weeks, he lied and procrastinated for months, then he had the nerve to curse me out. I could explain my side to this story, but I think I will just let the screenshots of our text messages speak for themselves.Hire this guy at your own risk. Screenshot#1 Claims I only requested 1 pull out when the text message proves I requested and he charged me for 2.#2 Procrastinating  #3 MORE procrastinating because he was at a concert.#4 Me getting fed up with him not showing up and now pretending that I only asked and paid for one pull-out drawer, then I explained and sent him screenshots to prove my side and he simply told me to "F*** Off"

Doug and Rob completed the coffered ceilings in my dining room and main entrance about six months ago. Both areas look spectacular and I love the elegant presentation. So two weeks ago we Had them build us a custom library wall/desk area in our living room.  We couldn't have asked for better results. We showed him what look we were going for and they did the rest. You can't go wrong in hiring these guys.

From beginning to end, working with Doug was a pleasure.  He designed and installed cabinets for a loft office area and a laundry room.  Superior craftsmanship AND reasonable!  I highly recommend Doug and would use him for any future projects!

This business should be under CABINETRY, CUSTOM CABINETS, but these options were not on lists to choose from. I placed a request with YELP to add them as options. Note: I am just getting around to Yelping many service providers I used in the past couple of years. This is one of them.This service provider was a referral from a Counter top installer I have used in the past.Douglas came through for me when others simply refused to quote the project or were asking for an insane amount of money, which in my book, meant they did not want the job. Douglas understood what I wanted and why. His price was fair. He met his delivery date and produced  exactly what I wanted, paint grade quality products. The back story: We had a water leak from an upper level bath tub Diverter Spout. The water ran down walls destroying six of them. All six walls were stripped down to the framing and had to be rebuild. I previously mentioned to my husband I wanted to utilize the space under the stairway for storage. Knowing we had to rebuild the walls, my husband said time to create the storage space you want! We moved the wood studs (visible in image 1) over slightly to allow the required openings needed and to maintain stairway support. See Images 2 & 3 to view his work / installation in progress. We added the Moulding trim (found at World of Moulding in Santa Ana, CA) to frame and finish the new door and drawer. We then painted the newly installed items to match other Doors and Moulding in our home. (see images 4,5 & 6).I love when I see my ideas become a reality! Now we store Halloween and Christmas items where I can access them easily. I hope to have Douglas work on my next two projects.
