Chase Bank

Im not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but I was overwhelmed with service. I was greeted on arrival and offered something to drink; when did banks start doing that. My wife started with Israel, and I came back to get on the account with Jackie. Both were incredible. I havent experienced customer service like that in years. I would highly recommend this branch if youre new to the area. Im going back to open a 2 MONTH CD paying 5%!

I went in today to open a back account and they said no that I need an appointment and that it takes an hour to open an account. That was weird I was excited for this branch because its so close to my house but extremely disappointment as it was urgent for me.

This branch doesnt seem to want to open accounts for certain types of people, they will find every reason to not open it, dont waste your time.

I went here to open a student baking account with my daughter, two hours before closing. There were two customers in the location and three or four employees. I was told that I could not open an account because they had appointments and were busy. So I took my business to Capital One. I was able to open a Money Teen account online in minutes. I transferred money from my Chase account easily. No need to go into the branch or to schedule an appointment days in the future like Chase was asking me to do. For a location that is as lonely as this one is inside the branch I was disappointed to see how ill equipped they are to handle walk in customers.
