Ordered two interiors, one for 69 camaro and one for 69 mustang. The camaro dash pad had some small fitment issues due to manufacturing. I got on the line with my representative Travis (who is awesome), and then got in contact with Sandy for customer service. She handled the return and replacement quickly and efficiently. Hi,
Not often you get old fashion service in the world today. I live in Australia and am doing a rebuild on a VW T2 in Canada. Placed an order in February for a complete interior. It was delivered up to Canada, small hiccup with the freight company. So I contacted TMI and was lucky enough to get Sandy Cuevas on the phone.
She went out of her way to help me as knew I was on the phone from Australia. She sorted the problem straight away and was back to me by email. TMI, you are lucky to have her working for you as that's what makes a business. Customer Service

I bought a pair of front bucket seats, rear seat upholstery and door panels for my 1967 Chevelle. Everything came in a timely manner but the door panels were too thick to allow the door to close.
I contacted TMI and discussed the problem, they shipped them back on their dime and ended up replacing them with all new panels of the correct thickness. Other than the one hiccup that they took care of the installation went smooth and I am extremely pleased with the results.
TMI handled this issue extremely well and would buy from them again. Service: Classic car upholstery
