I wish I could give them negative stars!!!
They take your money and never respond or send you anything!!!
They need to be investigated for fraud because they take your money and never produce a product!!!
How is this company even still in business???

I came to read the reviews on this company only after I had placed my order for spindles on 12/19/23, and have NOT gotten them and it has been over 2 months. I called the end of December and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks they do not have any in stock. I called 6 weeks later, and was told they are getting them end at the end of the week and will be sent out to me. End of the week...nothing. I get an email this morning, stating that my order was not part of the delivery and no ETA can be provided. I called again to cancel and was told it will be submitted but there is no time frame that can be provided for how long it takes to be refunded.
I am going to contact the BBB and report business fraud and business manipulation. Their site doesn't indicate that they don't have what you are ordering in stock, we are lead to believe it is in stock and they further that by making you pay next day shipping. I will never recommend this company and from what I have read, I am in lots of good company who wouldn't recommend or do business with this company. FYI to thr readers of this review. I ordered 81 stock height spindles. For me to take time and write a review of any, had to be of this magnitude of manipulation and disappointment. Hope this helps anyone who are inquiring about doing business with Performance Online(POL) or Western Chasis.

I wished I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this place... dropped coil springs ordered on 11/8/23 and haven't received them yet, no email confirmation of order, just a bank statement showing they took my money. They will not answer the phone as you stay on hold foreverrrrrrr... I do believe they are owned by Performance Online which is just as bad.

This is my worst online buying experience ever!!
Do not buy anything from these guys, not even toilet paper.
I ordered a drop kit 5/6 for a 1987 Chevy S10. As others complain, I received half the order and was told after 5 weeks to receive the missing leaf springs and drop spindles.
After 5 weeks I called and they said 5 more weeks, so I wanted to return everything and they wouldnt let me unless I paid for the shipping.
We ended up to agree on giving me a refund on the spindles and leaf springs.
Then when I started the work and I had the entire back end apart, I opened the box to find the wrong shocks they sent me.
Buy at Jegs and spend the extra $ for a quality product and SERVICE.
Interesting to see what the owner answers to this!

WORSE PARTS PLACE ON THE INTERNET. PAID A EXTRA 200 IN SHIPPING TO GET IT QUICKER COME TO FIND OUT THEY DONT EVEN STOCK. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR A MONTH NOW AND NO REPLYS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. YOU WILL END UP BURNT
