Given I was moving from out of state, they were very active during the escrow process assisting with inspections, contractors, & other third party vendors and worked through a smooth close during volatile times. The service and professionalism I received at VALIA Properties was the best Ive ever had. I have bought and sold dozens of houses and their ability to price my property according to current market conditions and sell it at a record record price was awesome. The whole team that Tim has put together is very impressive. In a community full of very good agents these guys are the best.
