My partner and I purchased a house with Joe as our agent earlier this fall. Right from the start, Joe was a consummate professional. He was very knowledgeable about the specific areas in which we were searching, and he was good at pointing out things we didnt notice when we toured houses. He often had answers at the ready for our questions, and if he didnt hed do research and get back to us asap. Once we were finally under contract he guided us through the inspection and escrow process, and youve bought a house before you know that can be a rather harrowing experience, but with Joe at the wheel everything went smoothly. He even suggested house cleaners, movers, contractors and a locksmith once we had closed. My partner and I swear that were never moving againits just such an exhausting, time consuming undertakingbut if we did wed definitely give Joe a call.
