        I just called to help my elderly mother fix her rate and got yelled at, told off, couldn't understand what Derek was saying nor could I get a sentence in  Sad to be treated this way after such a long relationship. I cannot believe this just happened,  I am SHOOK!!! Video is up on tik tok

        Very shady business practices. Doesn't tell you that you rate has gone up. Was charged twice in 1.5 weeks with no explanation. Office does not respond to emails when you ask questions about why you were charged so much or double charged. They will just ignore your emails. When requesting a refund to find a new agent they ignore your emails as well. VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!
