Dr. Kaitlin and the office staff take excellent care of my needs. They are professional and efficient. I can get an appointment when I need one. They are not understaffed and they take pride in their work. Great experience!

Matt is THE BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TREATED BY! Did you read that correctly???? THE BEST!!! He set the standard for me and it's Snoop Dogg high. (For the older folks, Cheech and Chong high). His front desk staff is amazing and I know that stems from Dr Liautaud's leadership and managing style. Very easy going, pleasant, and fun to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. His conservative approach to your care is extremely appreciated. His mission for your care is to make sure YOU are happy and get what YOU want. He wants you smiling! All day, everyday. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Liautaud. Ladies, he's a handsome guy too If I was a woman, I'd ravage my teeth all the time just to go see him.

I had an unfortunate experience with the office staff when I realized after spending 1.5 hours in the office having a crown removed, their office restroom was not working. Instead of helping me solve a known problem, they informed me that the doctor would take care of it. I returned to the restroom to try to rectify the situation myself. Despite my efforts, I could not resolve the problem, and I ultimately left the office feeling deeply embarrassed. I called twice expressing my frustration and embarrassment on how the situation was handled. I was informed that all I need to do was hold down the handle which I had already tried. When I stated the facilities need to be repaired so no one else will go through the same experience, the response I received was, "We'll try." There was a complete attitude in her response that was not appreciated at all. I sent an email to the dentist informing him of the distressing experience and asked that he implement measures to prevent a similar incident from occurring and suggested that signage regarding the operation of the facilities would help. I asked that he reply to my email, but he chose not to. Unfortunately, I had to return to the office to have a crown replaced. The dentist offered no apology. The treatment I experienced as a customer was unacceptable. Putting patients first? Not really. I will not be back.

Outstanding as always. The staff is competent, friendly and caring. Dr. Liautaud is top notch. If you are looking, save yourself some grief and make an appointment. You'll be glad you did.
