I had purchased my home a few months back and was reluctant on having my roof worked on for a while due to the extent and stories Ive heard of failed repairs . With the sudden weather conditions, I knew I couldnt hold off any longer. From the initial inspection, HomeXperts was thorough, professional, & honest. Our roof had suffered minor damage due to the weather and lack of structure itself. HomeXperts took upon the urgency or the repair needed to be made and did so efficiently and effectively. There was constant and transparent communication throughout the entirety of the project. When we purchased our home, we were advised by the inspector that we would need to replace our roof in the near future. We received multiple bids. Hugo and one of his team members came over and explained in detail the process and cost, although they were not the cheapest. We felt more comfortable going with HomeXperts to have our roof replaced. As a first time home buyer, they made it pretty easy for us. I even told our realtor if any future clients need to have the roof repaired or replaced to give them a call.
