My grandmother had a stroke and was sent to this facility for speech and physical rehabilitation.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and took suggestions for her comfort. They had several experts on site from physical and speech therapists to nurses and GPs.
At every hour of the day, you can see someone cleaning and/or sanitizing the facility and they do a great job.
They facility has several amenities for the patients and guests including a dining hall, cable tv, and enclosed outdoor courtyard which all patients were allowed freely to use. All rooms also had large outdoor facing windows that were well kept and clean. There is also a small fenced in space in front of the facility for visiting pets.
The only real issue we had was that parking on most days was a struggle. Their parking lot is small and often full as it is the only area for which the staff can park which leaves little room for visitor parking if any depending on the day. Street parking was also not allowed as Willow Pass is a high-traffic and busy road.
All this being said, I would highly recommend this facility.

Not a good experience for my mom during her stay. Her call button was ignored for 20-30 minutes. During this time my mom was bed ridden and needed assistance to use the bathroom. Now that my mom was discharged, we had questions to clarify some discrepancies with her medication and was out on hold for 2 hours. The nurse rushed us off the phone and responded to our questions with I dont know. Furthermore, she did not give us any direction to find out more.
The best part of her experience was the kind care from Missy that helped with wound care. Thank you for your help, Missy.

The truth is that it is something very sad that the staff is very bad and poorly educated. I do not recommend this clinic anymore. The translator is very bad.
