Thorough, professional, friendly, calming, informative, reliable, personable. Love and am grateful for everyone there. Amazing clinic. I felt safe. I never feel safe.

I arrived on time for my appointment, they made me wait another half hour, ok, I arrived for a device check and they asked me absolutely nothing, just questions. I lost between the 30 minutes it took to see me and the hour they put me in a room to ask me routine questions. and locked in the room for a long time, 2 hours, definitely bad service.

Terrible terrible service, they took me to a room to wait for the doctor and they forgot I was there. Incredible, then I received a call from the nurse asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment if I liked. 09/28223 at 7:00pm

Ive been here multiple times, and have always had an amazing experience with the nurses and doctors. The front desk unfortunately does not provide the best service they dont welcome you in and they like to take their time getting to you when checking in. There is always a bit of a wait, but well worth the service on the back end. I felt very understood and supported during each visit. All my questions were answered and explained thoroughly, and they never made me feel uncomfortable or judged which made it easy to be honest and get the best treatment. I highly recommend Planned Parenthood for people without insurance as well, as they are very accommodating and do the best to help you receive everything you need while working with you on costs. So extremely grateful for this place!

Extremely easy to set up an appt, they even had Saturday appts. Everyone at the office was professional and I felt safe. Short wait time.
