Jesus is a great designer who came on site and comminicated closely with me to modify the design for several times, until we finalized the plan. Alex is the project manager who leads a professional team that knows what they are doing, and front pavement job was done to an exceptional standard within 3 days.

Finally decided to replace the 1980s original driveway our home came with. We were unsure whether to go with stamped concrete or Beograd pavers but our designer educated us on the benefits of pavers and that they were a lot more crack resistant. After all the cracks on our original driveway, I was tired of seeing faultlines on our driveway. Thank you to Bayside pavers and the crew! One of the worst companies to deal with. This was supposed to take 5 days and took months. The crew was always on their phone, they would show up late, some days they wouldnt show up at all mind you they gave no notice. They had to come back on 4 different occasions fixing their own mistakes which was the turf being installed wrong, the pavers being installed wrong, puddling in different locations. Left nails and trash in the yard which they knew I had dogs that would walk around in the back. Management is beyond rude and only cares about money and not the actual customer or the experience. Once the sale was done the guy who promised he would help us out throughout the entire thing was a no show and we never heard from him again. He also bashed every other company. Leaving this review after calling in for a warranty repair on our front porch pavers. I wanted to leave this review because they came out to fix a dislocated paver without making us feel like the bad guys for making a warranty claim. Props to this company for their professionalism and taking care of their clients even when the bill was already settled.
