        After hours on the phone, I got no satisfaction from the support staff concerning a problem with my button. Within hours a staff member called me after noting how many times I called. Within 15 minutes, she resolved the problem for me. Shauntae was very kind, listened to me and came up with a plan. I am now waiting for a new button. Thank you Shauntae.

        I needed to change payment information on my mom's account, and the gentleman helping me was very courteous and helpful! He even made a couple of additional suggestions for my mom's living situation. It was much appreciated!

        Do not order or use this device . This company is rude. All is good till you no longer need the device and want to return it. They make it difficult to return and they are very rude about it. Please dont use them There are plenty of other companies out there who have better customer service

I see you have been treated with kindness and patience on each call, on further inspection your account has been closed since 3/20/2024 and all that you need is to return equipment.
