Square, Level, Plumb, Inc.

Square Level Plumb has been our go to contractors since we moved here to Concord in 2014. This current job was a remodel of our master bathroom and the hallway bathroom. Greg and Valerie were responsive and reliable. Getting the initial consultation was a bit of a wait. I'm sure everyone knows that since covid started EVERYONE wants to remodel. SLP is highly sought out by our neighborhood.From the initial contact, everything has been mapped out and scheduled. My husband and I are very impressed with their work ethics. We were given a time line for all the work we requested. Everything was exactly as stated on the timeline except when covid hit our family and then one of their workers contracted covid. This was to be expected in our current state anyways. When covid hit our family, it was open communication with SLP. We protected their workers by isolating the family. It was great to know Greg was also concerned about his employees too. We put a hold on construction for only a day or two but work started again quickly. When covid hit his employee, it was difficult as his tile guy was in the height of our job. We had to stop construction immediately. Greg found a replacement tiler and the job was back on within 3 business days. Not at all disappointed with the work that was to be completed. The Project Manager, Adam, was communicative and reliable as well. We were never inconvenienced by their workers or work that needed to be done. Adam always had an open line of communication with us via text. He was easy to get a hold of if we had any issues. SLP had 3 jobs concurrently running in our neighborhood. I couldn't believe how well this project ran. We couldn't be more pleased with the remodeling and the design of our new bathrooms. We definitely recommend SLP for your home construction needs!

AMAZING! Greg and his team transformed our house to the home of our dreams. The entire team is great. He came highly recommended by others, and I'm so glad I found them. They did such a good job on my home, I'm now using them to renovate my office. Keep up the good work!

Greg and his crew are professional, responsive, efficient, and overall a dream to work with. We just wrapped up a master bathroom remodel and from start, to finish the whole process was a breeze. Greg and his team are incredibly friendly and communicate very well. I was involved with every little detail from the grout color to where we wanted towel rings hung. I highly recommend using Square Level Plumb for your home projects and plan to use them again in the future.

Square Level Plumb did a fabulous job remodeling two bathrooms, including the master bathroom in our home.  They were fantastic in all components of the job:  Greg's contract documents were clear and complete, they stayed on schedule and budget, all members of Greg's crew were very skilled and courteous, cost management and billing were prompt, and best of all - our finished job looks like it came out of an architecture magazine!  I was also impressed at their attention to finishing details at the completion of our job.  Greg, and his superintendent Adam, found and completed punch list items before I even noticed them.  Their tile guy is fantastic!  This company puts a lot of pride and knowledge in their work.  I've experienced several remodel projects in multiple homes over the years and experienced a lot of good contractors, but Greg and Square Level Plumb are the best...hands down!

Greg and his team are professional, responsive, and timely, and produce high quality work. After having water damage and several plumbing leaks in our laundry room and powder room, we had SLP come to replace drywall/trim, paint, put in new cabinets/shelving and basically put part of our house back together. They finished a large project in 7 days and gave us the best Christmas present by finishing before the holidays. Unlike other companies where you are waiting for days and weeks to get a response, Greg was incredibly responsive and was the one always reaching out to us to figure out when his team could come to complete the work. Their team was incredibly courteous and detailed. I highly recommend Greg and his team for any remodel projects. He will give you an honest quote and make your experience a wonderful one! We are already thinking of what other projects we can do with SLP!
