We loved working with Juan Jose and his team on our full-home remodel! In the design phase, we worked closely with Juan Jose who is a very knowledgeable design/build expert. He had opinions (which we really wanted, since this was our first time doing a remodel), but also listened to our feedback and incorporated our ideas. He helped us figure out a really complicated kitchen/dining room layout and also somehow - magically? - gain half a bathroom, a linen closet, AND a master closet without seemingly losing any space. I still don't really know how he did it. In the build phase, we worked most closely with Sebastian, Juan Jose's son. He was also knowledgeable (guided us a number of times to make wise choices), budget-conscious (helped us decide when to invest and when to go with a more budget-friendly choice), and has an eye for detail (he'd often catch things that needed to be fixed / improved before I did. Most importantly, I found Juan Jose, Sebastian, and their whole crew to be a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed seeing them every day, and developed mini friendships with many of the guys on their team. So much so that I'm kind of sad that they're not around any more (though happy to have the house done!). The only downside - and I hear this is quite typical of remodels - is that the final punchlist has taken quite a long time to complete. We have been 98% done for the last 6 weeks and I'm just itching to get the final things done. They're small enough that they haven't prevented me from moving in (mounting a toilet paper holder here, adding some door hardware there), but they're enough of a hassle that I just want them to be over with - particularly since it means I don't have to worry if someone will be coming by the house unexpectedly. That said, I would recommend them in a heartbeat. In fact, I already have to multiple friends! I'd certainly hire them again for any future work I do on this or future properties.

This company does a very professional job. The team is very knowledgeable, reliable and very skillful. Their finishes are superb.
