It really is sad that I need to write a 1* review for Just Floors seeing as my previous experiences with them have been overall pleasant, but today was just unacceptable. I've had work done by Just Floors twice through their coordination with Costco for installing carpet at my former home and my new home, and the sales person who we met with (J.R.) was an absolutely wonderful person. The teams that came to install the carpet were quick and professional, and were very accommodating.Fast forward to today. We have decided to get some tile installed in our front entry way, our hallway (currently floating laminate) and our two bathrooms. We figure this is a rather sizable project so we'd like someone to come out, take measurements, give us a quote etc. I call Just Floors and reach their receptionist, and as I am telling her I am looking to have tile installed in the aforementioned rooms, she cuts me off mid sentence and says "we don't do home estimates, you need to come in and buy tile first." Taken aback, I ask "excuse me?" to which the receptionist, feeling that I must have the comprehension of a 5 year old, repeats her previous statement, only slower and more enunciated. I told her "thank you" and immediately hung up. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'm  completely floored (no pun intended) about the horrific customer service that was provided, especially since I identified myself first as a returning customer. If they don't care to keep and maintain customers then I don't know what else to do.

I had a wonderful experience with Just Floors.  They worked with me when I was remodeling the kitchen at my rental property.  They educated me about all my choices and I decided to go with a porcelain 18 x 18 product.  They were very flexible with my renovation schedule.  I was working with several other contractors on this renovation (cabinets, counters, electrical, etc..) and my timeline kept changing, but Just Floors had no problems adjusting to my changes.  The installation was excellent.  My installer did a wonderful job with the demo of the old floor surface, prep on the floor, and installation.  He took his time and paid great attention to all the details.Oh, and the best thing is that they gave me the best bid out of four estimates.  The floor turned out better than I imagined.  And now as I am showing the house to perspective tenants, and everyone has been giving me great comments on the kitchen tile.I will always go back to just floors for my rentals and my own home.  No need to look any further.Thanks Just Floors!

I had set up an appointment for estimate and no one showed, Just floors said they double booked employee. So took another chance and set up another date for estimate and the person called hours before estimate to see if he could come now and left message. We were at work and when we arrived early home for estimate got his voicemail.  At 3pm another no show, he just didn't bother to show up and the next day when I called for explanation I find out that he's the owner of the company. I quess his time is more valuable then ours and the time of the estimate wasn't a good time for him so he doesn't show up or call.  What a way to show costumer service. We would not recommend them to anyone friends or family.

Chirs Hopfner came out to our house on Monday February 1 to measure for tile and to give us an estimate.  When he left he said he would email the estimate no later then Thursday February 4. On Monday February 8 we still had not heard from him so sent him an email.  He replied with "sorry, I will have it to you by noon"  Which he did but had a question about the pattern we wanted in the entry, if we still wanted that he would have to send us another bid.  We replied right away that we did and have never heard back from him.  He is one of three flooring people that came into our house to measure and promise an estimate but never heard back.  I would never use Just Floors.  If they can't get an estimate to you, how could you trust them to return to do the work.
