I brought my laptop here to get the screen replaced brought the screen in myself they replace it broke a piece after replacing it, but didnt even care to call and tell me I had to call them to find out what was going on then I take the laptop home and try to use it and the screen is broken then theyre trying to tell me that the screen that I brought them mustve already been broken. Horrible, customer service, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible !!!!

Nick and Scott are both great and I had positive experiences with them both when I was anxious about my PC problems or with installation. They answered all of my questions and helped me fix my computer relatively fast without any hassles. If its not too complicated that isnt too time consuming, they might even not charge you depending on what it is, which I think is very reasonable. Easy location to get to also inside a small plaza. I will keep coming back for the great customer service, thank you.
