We loved working with Henley's they were wonderfully detailed and their craftsmanship was just beautiful. We loved our kitchen cabinets so much that we hired them to do our master bath and laundry room as well. So happy with the results. Just look for yourself. When there were items that needed editing in our design plans or because construction changes demanded it, Henley's was so quick to turn around solutions and change whatever we requested. They were very responsive and pleasant to work with, and were especially wonderful with our young kids when needing to meet with them at their office. We appreciate the family-forward, and detail oriented approach. Great experience overall.

We added several new cabinets. The design was great and the installation was smooth. A better test of their skill was the retrofit of 3 cabinets in the kitchen to hold the microwave and pot storage. The remodel is flawless--no one would ever know that some of the cabinets have been changed. Henley's isn't the lowest bid you will get, but you certainly will get what you pay for.

I am overdue for writing this review on our laundry room and small bath remodel that was completed nearly a year ago. Our laundry room was a DIY remodel by the former, former owners. The small bathroom inside the laundry room was a quarter-bath (toilet only - no sink!) and totally grossed me out. People had to leave the toilet room and walk out into the laundry room to wash their hands. Joe's plumber re-routed plumbing and we added a small sink to the quarter-bath, officially making it a half-bath!We loved working with Joe and his crew. Great experience. They were fast and provided quality work. If there was a small problem, they were quick to correct it and never complained - the exact type of contractors you want working for you! His tile guy was very thorough and did an amazing job leveling our floor and laying our patterned tile. And of course, the quality of Joe's cabinets is 5 star.We had our kitchen remodeled the year before by a different contractor and different cabinet company. They are shaker-style cabinets that started cracking within just a few months with the paint separating on the inside of the shaker design. But Joe's cabinets, nearly a year later, still look brand new! No cracking or separating on the shaker design.Nearly a year later, and I still love our laundry room and I'm happy we did it. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Joe again!PS - I uploaded 9 photos in total but Yelp is only showing 6 with this review. If you click on ALL of Joe's photos, all 9 will show up. I would give 10 stars if I could!  Such a class act and incredibly professional!  Joe built two island posts for me.  They 100% exceeded my expectations!  They are beautiful, incredibly well-made, and exactly what I was looking for.  Joe and his team are extremely personable and kind. From the initial email to the final product....Beyond impressed!  Top notch!  Class act!  Hope to get to work with Joe and his team again.  Thank you Joe!!!!

These people are unbelievable. This nightmare started 1 year ago. I am a General contractor and took a chance on this company based off of the reviews from yelp and around the internet. I had them quote a kitchen, kitchenette, vanities and misc. other cabinets. They came in the highest of the 3 bids that i received ($80k+). We were in a time crunch so i interviewed each of the cab companies. (2) of them said 15 weeks and Henley said 8 weeks. I then asked if Joe was certain he could do it in 8 weeks and explained the situation. Joe confirmed he could do it. That is where things went down hill. Cabs were approved on 11-1-22Joe, though a very nice guy struggled through the shop drawings. We reviewed 4-5 times reiterating the same things over and over that never made it onto the drawings. He stated several times, shop drawings aren't really what I'm good at but don't worry the cabinets will be perfect. Weeks would go by between responses with updates. WEEKS.. in which i would send a reminder email/text every 4-5 days asking status with no response. (see text messages/emails)I had become so frustrated that i looked on their web site for anyone else to contact. I reached out to Joe's daughter Alexis who "picked up the torch" to prod Joe into finishing the drawings. In the end shop drawings were approved on 3-15-22 (22 weeks after approval)At the end of the shop drawing process Alexis stated "we are approx. 4-5 weeks out for production"6 weeks later the boxes are delivered (no drawers/doors etc.) we install those in an effort to get the countertops going and make some progress. Little by little and week by week they send more pieces in which my installers have to come back time after time and install a little more as well as go over end panels that are too short, filler pieces that were on the shop drawings and not installed, all the kitchen cabinet doors were specified as flat slabs but they made them into shaker style. The list goes on and on. In the end the last piece was delivered on around 9-15 (approx. 40 weeks after initial approval).As you can imagine I was less than impressed with their service. Joe and Alexis do the best they can. Unfortunately they are not organized when it comes to paperwork and are not honest with what your lead time expectations should be. After everything was complete they asked for payment in full. I explained that we had bill back hrs for my installers having to come back on 5 separate occasions and modify the cabs that they got wrong. The said that they worked really hard on the cabinets and should be paid in full regardless. I told them i would give them the option: Wait for me to collect the hrs and list the issues that we had to correct and take that off of the top OR i would pay them in full and write an honest review of their work. Either way they need to pay recompense for their actions. They did not hesitate to say "we'll stop by tomorrow to pick up a check for the FULL amount". As promised i will pay and they will receive their honest review of their work and i will eat the additional expense of working with them. I hate giving bad reviews but dang these people need it if they are going to improve the way they do things. Good luck!
