        If it was not for Rin at the compton location I would have never went back to Gateway tax service. Before I went to this location, I went to the one on Del Amo and the lady named betty said that the IRS wont accept my taxes because me and my wife was filing together and it does not look right, I left in rage feeling discouraged. I seen the compton location and I wanted to see if this location would say the same. Instead the person working named Rin was very nice and took care of me and my wife. Even apologized for how the other person at the DelAmo location acted. Rin made my experience great and because of her, I will continue to go to Gateway tax services but only to her because I know she does not discriminate against people and will make your experience smooth and fast. She needs a raise because if it was not for her, the company would have lost 2 customers. Thank you Rin for a great experience we will definitely see you again.
