Very bad customer service. After you left the message, they never call back and help out. Just work together with home warranty company to make money from customers.

Dishonest and not reputable. This company does not handle emergencies as emergencies, it took them 6 hours to get to my sewer flooded home and when dealing with home warranty, they lied and caused my home warranty not to cover my services claiming provided services they did not. Phillip was the technician that came out. Seemed genuine and helpful but his report states he snaked my pipes at 120' when he only pulled on the snake 5-6 times. what is that 20 feet max?? ridiculous.

Been working with this company for almost a month just to swap a water heater now they came with no notice of being on the way and take my wayet heater n don't call or say when they will be back with a new one if you want to be without hot water for a month this is the place to go if not look you should look elsewhere
