Target Clinic, care provided by Kaiser Permanente - Compton

Went in to get a flu shot at Target Clinic, Redlands, CA - T1869. The same flu shot that is FREE at ANY OTHER pharmacy. $40 for the shot and an additional $15 "Immunization Admin" fee.  REALLY?!? $55 for a shot that ALL INSURANCE COVERS.  NEVER AGAIN! This place is a MAJOR RIPOFF. Asked them to bill Tricare after presenting my Retired Military ID after them charging me $30 initially....they said they would/did but then billed me the $25 anyway with no refund of the initially paid $30. DO NOT USE TARGET KP CLINICS!!!

There are NO clinics, Urgent Care or Emergency services in the whole City of Long Beach. Kaiser fails Long Beach members by not providing these necessary services! I will change medical providers at open enrollment because of this.

The nurses & doctor were extremely nice. I usually go to Kaiser but the only availability they had was coming here. I'm happy I came here Bc I didn't know about it before. I'll be asking to have all of my appointments here. No long wait. In and out and every one was so nice.

I only been here once and my experience was great. Very clean and the staff are very nice and respectful.All of my questions were answered and everything was explained in a way I could comprehend. I enjoyed my visit here at this location better than a regular kaiser.
