        If I could leave 0 stars I would LULU is the manager she has horrible customer service. I called corporate two times on her! She lied & hung up in my face, then I called back and she said shes on her lunch and shes still answering calls. Rent a center has horrible customer service. LULU is rude and has no professional education. You think people would have more respect working with the public. LULU NEEDS TO TAKE A MANAGEMENT CLASS. Dont go to the COMPTON location!!!!

        Im rating this store one star because of the unprofessional service and horrible customer service experienced in 2023 until the present time. They over priced an irregular mattress delivered the one that was opened in the back store room. They never applied my $100 credit for the new contract. Your bill can be due today and if they dont get the payment the same day, they begin to call all of your references on file. If I wasnt going to pay I wouldnt have given references. The turnover is regular at this store, not to mention the newly appointed manager LuLu was the one that handled my last contract and calling me leaving voicemail messages for the wrong customer. I called customer support and was on hold for an hour and the call was never answered. Im so glad that I dont need anything else from Rent a Center being a customer since 2018 with all contracts paid off within 4-6 months. Thank goodness
