Hello world, my experience was so extraordinary. Priscilla was the customer service representative. She is very polite and knowledgeable about MetroPCS his products. She uses words like this phone is economic, this phone right here might be less economiclol love her customer service. Give her a raise

No customer service whatsoever they don't greet you when you come in. I can start by saying that I port in to metro at this location. It took hours to get my phone set up. On top of that they didn't want to release the phone that I had just purchase because the port was not completed. Smh, finally for the last incident that I experienced with this people was when I when in there for a mobile swap. The girl that assisted me did not have a name tag, so I don't even know her name. She started hustling me by saying that my sim card did not work just to sell me a new one. When clearly that was the original sim card that came with phone was working fine. Secondly, she add it a charge to my account for the swapping of my phone by adding a feature to my account that I did not requested. After, she charge me with a smerck on her face she said that if I call their customer support they will had done it for free. Really unbelievable, and that she had lower my monthly plan to save me money, wow! Never give my consent to make changes to my rate plan. That she did it this way because her manager toll her too. The manager is middle eastern guy that looks at you like if he was FBI at some point of his life. Nothing but a hustler using his employees to robbed people throw their different transaction. This store should be shut down becase they are taking advantage of alot of people specially the Hispanic community that are not able to speak the English language to report this location for there wrong doing.
