Jasmine Gardens is so bad lived there for a year and I left as soon as I was approved to move out its so dangerous specially if you have small kids those dam kids that live there think they own the place something needs to be done management is not good at all and then they rip you off when they could as well thank god I dont live in that place anymore.

This housing project needs a thorough investigation I am facing a lot of mismanagement problems and I just moved here July 5,2023 I would simply move but we have no other housing options being that we are in fact low income and me and my children are forced to stay here under these unusual circumstances. Ive witness and can provide proof of fabricated documents my documents were fabricated and forged lies on by Breanna the property manager she told me that if I was homeless and unemployed that I couldnt be housed she ran my credit said I was a flight risk she put the shelter I was staying at (WRC 1963 apple st) as my employers info and I was only supposed to be charged 500 for the move in deposit I was charged 1,200 to move in they havent refunded me back my overpayment yet its going on three weeks ..because I have made my concernsfrand mismanagement known I have been picked on and slandered maintenance has me and my eight Childrens clothes locked boarded in the laundry room for 2 days now no where in the lease does it mentioned laundry room had curfew staff told me the laundry facility was accessible to tenants 24hrs however the lease does mention that the owner can close the facility at his will when he wants soo (cheap shot) my housing has been brought up and threatened in jeopardy twice since this whole situation I spoke with a Sergio and his response was regardless of what Breanna did you got approved for housing wow just wow I dont need to get approved for housing I am a law abiding citizen I will never need help from people who are less than honest and has no integrity in there employment.
