        I tried calling their office on the days I needed to make an appointment in order to file my taxes, but so far, I haven't received any response from then through the phone. Usually, their office is closed, what is going on? I have been going to them for at least 5 years, but now I feel like they aren't there. Not even to remind you of an upcoming appointment.

        DONT COME HERE IF YOUR EXPECTING A FAT TAX RETURN, I ENDED UP OWING AND I ONLY MAKE 13 AN HOUR. ALSO THEY DONT ANSWER THE DOOR THEY WILL SEE YOU AND IGNORE YOU WORST TAX EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE ALL THESE REVIEWS BELOW ME ARE TRUE PLS STAY FAR AWAY.

      Hello Chris.. sorry you felt the experience was sub par. I'm not sure who you spoke with, but if you came post tax season, the office does not work at full capacity. The individuals inside are not all part of the tax office. As for you owing, we legally cannot guarantee or offer you a tax refund. If you made 13 an hour... exempted the whole year... then yes you would owe no matter where you went. A tax office can only assist based on details you provide. If no credits apply, that is not something we are at fault for. Again, sorry you felt that way, but you missed including all the details I just listed. Take care and best luck to you.
