Marty helped us refinanced quickly and efficiently. I called him after receiving a flyer and asked him detailed questions about the rates offered, he answered every question respectfully, and explained to me parts that I didn't understand, efficiently. I didn't feel pressured to go with the refinancing with him. I shopped around a bit while talking to him, and found that his rates were the best. I am going to mention that I can see the POV of the previous (negative) reviews, customer service is not Marty's strong points in terms of exchanging pleasantries, small talks, or even greeting you with your first name on emails and texts, which wasn't a problem for me. He is very direct and to the point, which I actually prefer. I just needed someone who can do the job quickly and efficiently.  In fact, amidst my busy schedule, I too had no time for small talks, so I often just texted or emailed him with the questions I had without greetings or small talks. Marty always responded to any text and email within 10 minutes, and would always have an answer for me. When he didn't know the answer, he'd tell me so and quickly contacted involved third parties to get me the answers asap. I am very happy with the process and our new rates.
