Always raised price up every year...despite me getting a packaged discount. My new insurance is $60 less per month.
Wife cancelled all auto insurance, 1month later nothing processed, left with a huge bill that shouldve not been there. They denied, saying we didnt contact them and mustve called corporate which was untrue. I even have the exact date when my wife called. They asked me to email the declaration page of new insurance and theyll honor the date that my wife started with new insurance. One week later emailed back, still hasnt been dealt with. Called corporate, that same day they helped me.
I dont see whats the point of having an agent if theyre not willing to follow through.

Dissappointed in them. Always RAISE prices for the insurance even though nothing really changes. After I tell them to quit, they want to compare the quote. Are you kidding me? If you could have saved me money from the beginning why didnt you do so?

We've been with Farmers Insurance for some quite time and all I got to say is that they are very helpful with any service that you need. Especially, their agent Marielena who is very helpful whenever we need anything. Thank you :)
