I dont even know where to begin. The sales team, customer service team and management are all extremely unprofessional/rude. We purchased our home and during the final walk through we noticed areas of the home that had inconsistencies in the color of paint throughout the interior of the home (different shades of white and swipes if gloss over matte in patches around the entire home) The customer service manager, RAY, said the painters may have painted on a gloomy day and maybe they put a gloss over matte mistakenly in certain areas of the home. He urged us to sign for the home since it was the last day of the year and their budgeting depended on it. The manager of Wildrose frontier homes, BRAD, came to visit us and personally apologize and said he would personally come back to do a second walk through once the paint and all other blue tape items are fixed. BRAD also offered us a $300 gift card to Home Depot For all the inconvenience and I was never able to get a hold of him after that. My fianc and I did not move into the home after getting the keys for 25 days just so the frontier team can go in and out without having to make an appointment with us. We finally decided to move in and noticed the paint was still not fixed in certain areas of the home. Once we reached out to RAY, he replied back saying we never mentioned any paint inconsistencies - thanks to my sister who had taken a snap chat video of the walk through where we taped the walls showing paint issues - I was able to prove to him that we had Indeed mentioned the paint in our initial walk through. Every time we discuss anything with RAY it has been an uphill battle where we have to PROVE that weve been waiting on him to either respond or get the work done. He keeps saying things such as Ive been doing this for years lady, I see you have your own memory of what happened Its now 6 months after purchasing the home and am being given the run around from both RAY and BRAD (who I have not been able to get ahold of) The neighbors are having similar issues and said it took over 6-8 months to get minor issues resolved. They also mentioned that Ray lacks professionalism and has a huge ego/is very rude. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere. My fianc is a doctor at the arrowhead regional medical center and we thought this wouldve been a perfect fit. The experience has been awful and once you sign for the home there is no such thing as customer service.
