        MAJOR RANT to Helm & Sons at the fair this year. I took my son (15) and came with a friend and his 4 yo daughter. First of all, my son was alone, he couldn't ride ANY of the rides because he was alone. "No single riders" So they couldn't just have him stand aside until another single rider came along? No. They just completely denied him entry. Not every kid has a freaking partner! $55 wasted on the wristband. Second, my friends daughter is autistic. She can't handle the wristband tight on her so we had it loose. There were ZERO issues with this until the kids bumper cars. The guy refused to let her on because her band was loose. For as much as everything cost I can't believe they were being so got damn nitpicky.

        Pay cash only at the ticket booth. At my sons school carnival, the ticket booth had mixup and did not refund my sons ride bracelet to his card. ($46+9). Helm doesnt return customer service calls or emails. Poor customer service.
