Horrible Dentist!! ..The first time I scheduled an appointment they canceled on me. I re rescheduled and I had to walk out because I waited 2 hrs and they never called me in. my appointment was at 3:30 and got there 15 mins prior .5 o o'clock came and they were blaming my insurance. The lady in the front just cared about being pretty and was rude. The lady who was checking insurance seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Not to mention they were just on their cell phones. DO NOT GO HERE ..THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL!

Horrible horrible experience went in just for a check up and in a 2 hour time just had X-rays done and left sitting in the room. Who knows how much longer I would had to wait if I didn't walk out. Wouldn't recommend this dentist

Update:
HORRIBLE!!!! This company said they are going to reach out to me regarding my complaint! I'm stuck with an implant that will NOT work for the rest of my life and still NO ONE has reached out. I've called a few times and still, no one has contacted me. Their team only promises but NEVER delivers. I don't think anyone should ever use this place as they don't even have quality people working there.
DO NOT!!! Go to this place! They are rude and they don't care about their patients. I got an implant done over 6 months ago and when I got a second opinion, I was told that the implant was put in the wrong place! I called to talk to the manager, she did not listen to my concern, she was condescending and made me feel like I was in the wrong! I called their corporate office twice and no one has gotten back to me. I'm stuck with an implant that will cost me thousands of dollars to fix and with a company that does not take accountability for their actions.

Cheated on my regular dentist to go here and now I can never go back to my old dentist. Dr.Pham and Cassandra and everyone in the office truly won over my heart with their kindness, professionalism, and warm spirits. See you in 6 months !
