Budget Car Rental

Tonia or Tanya whatever her name is starts yelling at me on the phone for no reason lol. Im here tryna figure out a solution to get a van and I told her shes rude and she even confirmed it and said yeah. Dont waste your time here. Horrible customer service.

This place is horrible there really rude and charged me 460.00 for a cleaning fee even tho I had to clean the car when I picked it up and I also cleaned the car before I brought it back very rude bad customer service do not go hear go to enterprise you lowon't be disappointed

be careful when returning the car, they want it spotless. they want to save on carwash and cleaning and want you to do it for them. Their faded xeroxed piece of paper they staple as "policy" mentions "extra interior cleaning" but they try to claim 3 to 4 sunflower seed shells are considered excessive and is food so they dont want to "touch it". Vaccuums are helpful tools to clean without touching...which is what I had to use at the corner carwash inorder not to be charged $450. I dont think is a Budget policy...just them trying to save on personnel to clean the cars.

Dont do business here. I may as well contribute to their awesome online presence. Paula sure lived up to her shoddy reputation. Good riddance. Dont ever do business with Budget rentals. Hidden fees. Insurance was very high compared to others. They charged a $50 charge for leaving the truck at THEIR property. I should have just left it in the ghetto street across the street like they would have preferred I do. Theres no way to know you will be charged because the property is gated off. So how would you know it says it on the door. No drop off anytime. Im sure they bank off of that. 100% they do. Extra charges for anything over 50 miles. This is the only truck rental that wont accept their vehicles back. Go with UHaul or Penske. Better customer service, and no hidden fees. Better insurance offers and their corporate company is so much better. Budgets corporate business is just as bad as the rental process. Never again. Talk about a unethical company.
