Josie and Michael are part of the maintance team. They were able to replace my AC unit with a AC/ heater unit due to my wall heater not working. They did a neat and professional job installing and resealing around the unit. Thank you.
Update 4/1/24: They contracted out people to re-do the walls in my shower. But the contactor didn't put my knobs back on and didn't tell me when he would be back. Michael came by and was able to put the knobs back on so I could finally use my shower and did not have to wait for the contractor. Thank you again.

I applied on their website in December and was given a move in date. Paid a hold on the apt as well just to basically never get the money back again. Went in consistently to check in on the status of my application and the front desk lady was VERY VERY rude to me. She gave me attitude after I told her I was desperately looking for somewhere to live and wanted to know if I should go ahead and apply elsewhere cause I wasnt hearing anything (not even an update on seeing if I was approved or not.) unfortunately, I didnt see the reviews on this place until after I had placed a hold on the unit and wish I had done so prior cause I couldve saved myself time, money, and gas. I understand the frustration these front desk ladies have with the stress their jobs might come with but some of work hard as well for our money and for us to be lied to and taken advantage of for our money when were not even updated on anything til 3 months after is absurd. I had my move in date for February and heard back from them in March when I had already found a place (thankfully). I was told Id receive my money back as check in the mail and have yet to receive it. Would not recommend applying here.

This 5 stars is specifically for Jonathan the maintenance supervisor only. He is great and did my repairs quickly and efficiently.
This place overall is not five stars though. Way overpriced in the worst part of Colton. Roaches no matter how clean your apartment is. They raised my rent after 2 years to almost $1500 for a studio. Dont move here unless youre desperate.

Jonathan and Michael are very hard workers always happy to help resolve work orders. Good asset to the community
