I was told it was a 2yr waiting list, Its definitely going on 3 I call and get no answer or response.. Management Was changing during the time I applied and seems to be every time I follow up Hopefully staff checks reviews. I need an update please .

I would really like it if I was able to get a hold of anyone here. No one answers the phones plus no one is ever in the office. Id really like my application reviewed since Ive been on the list for almost 3years now.

Who can I call if my apartment doesnt answer or respond to my phone calls Lousy new management. They kept asking for stuff but if you have questions theyre never available. Good luck trying to reach them through the phone because they never get back to you. They also try finding ways to blame stuff on you. For example, we never got your paystubs (I gave them the original for they can keep personally) and they try to give another excuse well its not your pay stub its was your bank statement (I had to argue that I send an email, show them proof, and stated that I have tried to called them to confirm they receive it) They can not keep track of paperwork, so make sure you get proof that you have handed the paperwork to them. And please inform them on their phone call situation. Maybe if we all complain about it then they might actually start listening taking the situation seriously.
