        Jeremy came out on time, as scheduled, and had called ahead to tell me he was on the way. He listened to the problem I was having and thought of a couple solutions, ran some diagnostics to check that the system was working as it should. Then he explained to me how the programmable thermostat was supposed to be used. He was helpful, cheerful, and polite. Design Air seems to hire the best people!
