In 2018 Deb was the realtor for my nephew and myself for purchasing a home in Rio Linda area. This is the first time buyer experience for my nephew, and I was assisting him. She was very aware of our budget and needs and wants of the home and she helped us find the perfect house within our budget. Great experience and she put her clients (us) first. Fast forward to 2022 and due to the unfortunate death of my nephew, the home needed to be sold. I became the sole owner of the home, and I live 400 miles away from the area. Because of our wonderful experience with the purchase of the home, I selected Deb to be our realtor again. She went above and beyond to help with preparing the home for sale. She made contact with contractors and coordinated with them. Even rolled her sleeves up a few times to help prepare the home. A true angel. Always keeping her clients interest in the forefront. So professional, kind and honest. Love her. Her team is awesome too.

I decided to sell in September not knowing what to expect. I called another realtor which seemed professional. After she looked around told me some numbers-that was the last I heard from her. Contacted Deb. What a night and day difference she made a very detailed Analysis Deb is a very professional, hard working, honest Realtor I have ever used. Gave valuable market information that lead to full price offer and a smooth escrow and a client with a smile. Two thumbs up!!
