I will never again buy a car from here even if I have a million dollars. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle from here make sure you have a lawyer or a certified mechanic.

They totally ripped us off, since weve had our van for a couple months now weve had significant problems, and now the transmission is going out. They knew all of this information due to the Carfax, but they failed to share it with us. So now we have a new baby, a family, in a broken van. also, the salesman tried to lie on our paperwork, saying that my husband makes more than he really does.

BEWARE of FRAUD! My family bought a 2014 Ford Fusion and after giving $2000.00 for a down payment Ishmael and the other salesman notified us (3 weeks later) that we needed a co-signer. We called the finance company and to set the co-signer up and Maria with the finance company said the loan was approved. 2 weeks later at 4am we caught a repo man towing our Ford Fusion. Made 3 payments to secure $2000 and the week the first payment would have been due they took the car back. No refund, No contact or any request to bring the car back. NOW the day AFTER repo they have the car listed as "For Sale" on the car lot. PLEASE beware...I am headed to Fresno County Small Claims Court today to file a case in hopes of getting our $2000 back. Ishmael the salesman = LIAR / Angel the manager - LIAR Let's see the response these guys try to give to this review. Bought the car on February 15 please see attached voice mail transcript proving the loan was approved but even after providing all documents they repo'd the car without any default of payments or paperwork on our part! (They said they couldn't get the loan approved but what does the voice mail from the salesman say) I went to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and Auto Mercardo of Clovis is not even listed as a trusted company.
