We had our balcony repaired, the job was on time, repairs/work were great. We found out over few months the materials did not hold, causing leaks. When we reached back, it was great service, the guys came back, inspected and redid all the needed work and repair and corrected the leaking at no extra cost. So far the balcony has held through the rains. Over excellent service, on time, professional. All the constructions folks were professional, on time and got the work done as scheduled. I would recommend them highly and use their services for additional projects.

We have a roof leak in the house and on our patio. Had to come out twice for quote as they did not go in attic the first time. They gave two quotes, one for patio leak (2k+) and another for maintenance repair in order to fix the roof leak. Scheduled in advance, confirmed the day before and took the day off work to be home for them. On day of, arrival time supposed to be between 730-8a, at 9am I finally texted the company saying no one had arrived. They apologized "their guys" made a mistake, bla bla bla. Said they would leave "right now" from Visalia (I live in Clovis) but arrival time of 130-2p. Sorry it doesn't take 3.5 hours to drive from Visalia, I'm not stupid but I said okay since I didn't want to take another day off work. They finally arrived at 230p and were done very fast and didn't seem to do anything about the roof leak area. When I asked the guy said he they had no idea about the leak they were only called to do "regular maintenance" on our roof and that what they did will not help to fix it and apologized that I was told so. He also said he thought it was very odd that someone would randomly schedule roof maintenance in late spring/early summer. At this point there was nothing I can do, I paid almost $500 to do "maintenance" work which wasn't even my problem. I feel upset and suckered into work that was not needed. This company needs to work on their communication in many ways. I am truly unsatisfied in every way.
