        Austin was awesome! Prompt, courteous, and kept a clean work area. He did a great job explaining my plumbing system and how to best prevent clogs from occurring again.

        I was kind of in a pickle Easter weekend. Had a gas range delivered and after hooking everything up I realized the range wouldnt slide all the way back because of where my gas spout was located. At this moment I realized I was in uncharted territory and better call a professional. Called Snake and Lateral and they sent Austin out and in just about an hr he showed up! Austin was professional and courteous, he got me up and running in no time. The service from the operator to tech was amazing and I couldnt imagine using anybody else from this point forward. Now my oven sits perfectly and my wife is happy which means Im happy! Thanks again!!
