From beginning to end, Derek was excellent. I had not allowed anyone to take my picture in years, especially not in this setting. I had scoured for hours looking for the perfect photographer. I wanted something unique and personal in my photographs.
Derek took the time to review some of the important things to me and be captured in the photos. When I saw Derek's work, I knew he was the one who thought outside the box, and he had a vision beyond what I could even imagine. Derek was always responsive and prompt in our interactions, and on the day of the shoot, Derek was so much more than I expected. He was friendly, professional, and kind, which made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous.
The final results were breathtaking, and I couldn't believe it was me in the pictures. Derek was timely in delivering my gallery and was fair in his pricing. I would highly recommend Derek for any of your photography needs.
I am looking forward to working with him again soon.

To say, without a doubt, that Derek is the best is an absolute understatement. I have waited years to book with Derek and it was worth the wait and then some. He captured our engagement and wedding photos so beautifully and artistically. They were so dreamy. Derek made that part of the wedding smooth and stress-free making our special day just that much more special. Thank you, Derek, for being so wonderful and giving us gorgeous photos that will last a lifetime.

Derek was amazing to work with as our wedding photographer and was incredible in the process of planning our day. From the first interview we had with him we felt completely at ease, both professionally and personally. The images he captured of our ceremony and our reception were breathtaking, and we had so much fun exploring the Fresno Zoo with him snapping photos of us (as well as the animals). I can't imagine a better person to have shared our day with, and will cherish the photos he created forever.

My husband and I hired Derek to photograph two classic cars and he did an outstanding job. We had previously hired another photographer and weren't happy with the results. We are so glad we hired Derek and were amazed at the difference in the quality of his work. Derek's photographs are spectacular. What we loved about Derek's work was his creativity, and the way that he captured the cars with unique angles and perspectives. He was generous with his time to ensure he got all of the shots we needed. He responded to all our questions, and made it easy for us to access the photographs - despite our lack of technological savvy. Thanks to his photographs, we were able to market and sell one of the cars for a strong price. We highly recommend Derek!
