Amazing customer service. I had a glasses emergency. Lost them and needed ones asap. Over the phone they were super kind and urgent. I got an appointment within 30 minutes. Walked in and was immediately greeted, walked around and found frames BOGO price, had my prescription with me and had a pair of glasses in under an hour. Double astigmatism and thick lenses needed. I was surprised and excited they had my lenses on hand. Super friendly and super amazing experience.
