From beginning to end what an amazing, caring, helpful and professional experience being a new patient of Tru-Medical, under Dr.Lee Copeland, had been for me. Including, the well experienced and knowledgeable PA after carefully listening to my concern was able to provide the best care and referral. I am so thankful for all of the staff here at Tru-Medical. I have seen David Pena and the staff 4 times They have recognized me, communicated by internet after hours, always seem to have an answer for me and generally very nice as an office group! David is probably the smartest and most concerned about me and my healthcare He is outstanding in addressing my needs and being as friendly as possible. In four months already I feel like Im on my way to a better health Thanks David, Louis,Julie and all of the TruMedical office!

They are amazing! I can't express enough how thankful I am for their care. Not just the office visit, but the phone calls. Instead of feeling rushed like usual, I felt heard. The connection felt so genuine that I opened up more than I expected. Its too often I feel anxiety for visits, but this time around, I feel accepted as an equal and not a burden. Plus, the environment is so relaxing. Its so clean and smells sooooo goood! I definitely can't wait for the next visit. So glad they called and woke me up. Thank you so much ladies.
