This company installed my artificial turf and did a major landscaping job for me. I dealt with Joshua, General Manager of Quality Landscape as listed on the business card. I can't recommend this company because of poor service and follow up after they got my money. Number 1 - Josh told me he would reimburse me for 2 trees installed that died (i have the text), and we never received the reimbursement. Then a spot on my artificial turf got damaged. I contacted Josh for information on the turf installer he used and the color and type/brand of turf, so I could match the turf correctly for repair. Josh asked me to text him a picture of the damage, which I did, and that was the last I heard from him. I followed up with another text and phone call --- no response. So now I have to get samples of turf and try to match it up the best I can myself. It doesn't help that I was left no remnants of the artificial turf at the time of installation, nor was I provided with warranty information. My experience with this company is that they initially did good work, but after they got my money, they went AWOL. Good luck getting them to stand behind their work, services, or warranties. Josh and his team did an outstanding job on our backyard construction. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Could not be happier with the final outcome of our project. Josh and his crew did an amazing job on our remodel and landscape design. He added custom stone to our exterior and redesigned our backyard to make it a tropical oasis. Josh was very professional, easy to talk to and most importantly came in on time/on budget. I highly recommend quality landscape design for any home projects. Service: Custom landscape design

They planted plants that needed full sun in shady area. Months after planting them they all Died!!! This happened in several areas of our yard;( when I reached out for replacement plants (per contract) they did not respond. Service: Custom landscape design

I stumbled upon this company at the Home and Garden Show and was approached very respectfully by the owner Josh. I had him come out on my new build and run an estimate and provide me some options and feedback on my design ideas. He went above and beyond what I had asked for and it was done in a very reasonable time frame. I had time in between each step of the job to review the work and make sure I was satisfied. He even took care of planting some of the plants I purchased on my own and helped me fill out my sizing chart for my HOA documents. All of his crew and cement guys were very respectful and professional and kept me well informed. It has been a few months since my job was done and I called Josh to stop by and look at a few more things I am interested in doing, he took time to check all of his previous job and helped me with maintenance.
