    My sales man was Ron. As I was shopping for different flooring companies comparing pricing and quality. Ron became upset when he found out I was comparing his prices. He sent me a text message saying "I will not send any quotes untill you have officially decided to do business with us." I found this extremely rude and unprofessional and I immediately refused to work with their company. I chose to go with A and M flooring instead and they did a good job with a better price. Choose them.

    DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My entire experience has been a nightmare, ending with the WORST and RUDEST customer service experience I've ever had. I will NEVER give them my business again. 3 years ago we were in need of flooring and were advised to buy the MSI vinyl as it was 100% waterproof. A year into having the floor, we noticed seams buckling, sharp, and corners breaking off. Water was also penetrating boards in our bathroom. We filed a claim with Flooring Liquidators (FL), and went on a year long battle between FL, MSI and our installer. FL sent an independent inspector to come assess the damage. It was determined to be install error, and FL placed all responsibility to replace the floors on the installer. A few months later, we called the installer, he was shocked that we had not heard from FL. He said that FL should have called us MONTHS ago to take responsibility because they had told him not use a moisture barrier under MSI because it was 100% waterproof. FL NEVER called us to inform us. We called FL, and they confirmed and told that we still had to use the MSI brand. We tore apart our house and rearranged our schedules a 2nd time and we started the install. Our installer let us know that the MSI boards were not fitting properly that it was defective. FL contacted us and offered the same MSI again, to which we requested a different brand of similar grade. They told us to come to the store. This is when we had the misfortune of talking with Ron and his manger Sean. Ron offered us laminate flooring that was on sale and not comparable to our original vinyl. When we said this would not work, Ron tried to upsell an expensive option. When we said we were not interested, he turned very rude and unprofessional. We asked if there were any vinyl brands that were similar, he rudely said, "You want us to give you a $3.00 floor for $1.50?" and we could either take the laminate or order from the MSI brand. When I tried to explain my experience with it not being waterproof, I was disrespectfully cut off by Ron as he scoffed and argued that I didn't know what I was talking about. My husband had to intervene as he went from rude to insulting. My husband and I were firm with our request for a different brand and trying to find a solution. My husband requested a call to the claims dept. so we could talk to someone directly to get resolution. Ron rudely said "That's not how it works. I'm not calling anyone. You can't expect to have someone give up their work day to talk to YOU." When my husband said that it was not an unreasonable request to get a phone call, Ron scoffed again and said "You really think you are so important that you deserve a phone call immediately? You really think you are going to get a phone call right now?" while rolling his eyes and acting like petulant child. During all of this, Sean stood there and did NOTHING to stop Ron's rude and degrading behavior. My husband agreed to a 3rd shipment of MSI in hopes that it would work or again be problematic to force the issue of getting something different. Sean PROMISED that someone would "Personally inspect each box" to make sure there were no flaws. We called the corporate claims dept when we got home and left a message for Jen (claims manager) explaining how disgustingly we were treated. The next morning our installer opened the 3rd shipment of MSI and every board was stained with white glue. Seans promise of personally inspecting each box was a lie and the 3rd set was unusable. Jen called us back and she had no idea that we had asked for a different brand of vinyl because Ron and Sean NEVER called her. When I explained how were treated, she said that they should have called her immediately from the store and should have given us a new brand. She went above and beyond to replace our floor with a different brand through the Fresno store (thanks Doug) and that our treatment by Ron and Sean was appalling. Don't shop here unless you want abusive behavior from indignant Ron. Ron, whoever told you to be yourself gave you really bad advice. Guess who got that $3.00 floor?
