The reception desk told me the first appointment will be a counseling session and there will be no way she can check if that session will be covered by my insurance plan or not, despite that I will give her all the information of my insurance and authority to check with my insurance company. I asked her if there is a way I can check with my insurance company myself and she can give no information. She told me the only way is to pay by myself first and then see if the claim will be accepted by my insurance company. This is not my experience with other dental clinics which usually check and tell me if a particular service can be covered by insurance or not. When I go for a dental session, of course I need to know if that is covered by my insurance or not. During our conservation she kept interrupting and accused me for not listening. She was not patient. She cared nothing of a patients concern.

This dentist is amazing! Everyone in the office is very nice and welcoming every visit and the dentist himself is the best Ive seen. I chipped my tooth and was so scared about how it was going to look when it was fixed. As you can see, they did an amazing job! You cant even tell it was ever broken and it was such a quick process! Im so glad Ive found my go-to dentist, it relieved so much stress!

I have been coming to this dentist for about 2 years now and everytime I come the experience is great from the friendly staff to the service I receive. I have been to different dentists and I have never been as satisfied after every visit. I appreciate how the Doctor listens to any concern I may have! I look forward to my dentist appointments because I know Ill be well taken care of. I cannot rave about this dentist enough! Please do yourself a favor and check them out!
