Pacific Grove Apartments

Chris and Natalie have made the whole experience of moving back to California such a breeze!! I cannot thank them enough for everything. They are SO friendly and always have a smile on their face when you talk to them. They've helped us so much in moving into a bigger apartment in the complex and have been so prompt in helping with any maintenance requests we've had pop up during the time we've lived here in our 1br. : ) You ladies absolutely are amazing! We absolutely love it here so thank you for making the community so clean and safe and truly making it feel like home.

Natalie was really great to deal with. She streamlined the process from start to finish and made it extremely simple. She is a great communicator, very friendly, welcoming, and has a great sense of humor.

I dont recommend anyone coming to live here. Rent is expensive. Maintenance takes 3 to 4 MONTHS just to fix one simple work order. On top of that, my first months deposit was 800$ and pet deposit was 700$ which I never had a dog. So I thought Id get that money back at the end of my lease. Nope. My refund was 50$. Apparently they paid 1500$ on vendors to come paint.. I understand the carpet and general cleaning around the oven and refrigerator. But paint? I kept the apartment clean for 2 years. They better show receipts. Anyways. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE TO RENT. Do me dirty and Ill send the same medicine right back to you
