If i could give these apartments zero stars i would. I live here 6 months ago. This was the worse of the worse if you want to get stole lied to and overcharged move here. At first everything was good until things starting breaking and i kept puttting in my work orders and yet months would pass by and nobody would come. I would even give permission to come in when i wasnt home and still they would say they came and the issues were still unfixed. Just to say i never received my screen door for my patio the whole year i lived here. To top it the maintenance was horrible and cheap. They would put toilet paper in my wall to fix a hole for the towel rack 6 times it fell and six times they placed it in the same weak and big hole it was hanging onto until it would fall again. It was overpriced for the maintenance we received and the light bill omgg you will cry your eyes out during the summer with washer and dryers your light bill will be 700$ minimum. I would literally only wash once a week and my ac was barely even on and still it was hot inside the bill was ridiculously high. What was the worse for me was when i moved out you have to give a 60 day notice and on top of that i left the apartment literally spotless and clean and still they charged me and took all my deposit. They even had the audacity to charge me 680$ more on top of taking my deposit. If you want to get stole received no maintenance and charged a expensive rent for apartment that will take your breath away rent here.

Someone cut the cables off one of the EV chargers over a year ago. Instead of fixing it, they just put up a sign.

Best apartment to live in. The office staff were so kind and helpful. I left the apartment during the COVID pandemic. I want to move back, but it's expensive now. I regret leaving the apartment during the pandemic. Whenever I put in a work order, they completed it on time, and I never had to wait long.

I lived here for 4 year and I dont recommend anyone to rent her because it truly on of the worst apartment to live in. The manger is the worst human being, she is racist, has no idea how to communicate with people, useless and unhelpful, and if you ask for anything THE first thing she would tell you is that you are welcomed to move out. The office is useless they dont do anything no matter how much you ask them to. My stove has been broken for over 4 months and we have gotten in contact with them so much that at this point I forgot how many times we have called, cockroaches are everywhere and of course they wouldnt do anything about it, and that is just to name a few thing. Truly one of the worst places in Clovis IF not the worst. Absolute horrible.
